What special diet: In general i approve of getting nutrients from our diets when possible but it's nearly impossible to get 400 iu of vit e from our diets. For example, 2 of the richest sources are almonds & sunflower seeds, but it takes nearly 2 1/2 pounds of these to supply that much e- not recommended- too much fat & calories! look for a natural vit e with mixed tocopherols.L-carnitine 1000 mg 2x/day also helps.
