Stop alcohol: Eat a healthy diet. If overweight losing weight may improve fatty liver. Talk to your hepatology about getting treatment for hepatitis c and before any medication.

No: I doubt the vitamins and calcium you're planning to take will do much for you. None of the diseases you mentioned are not treated with either supplement.
