Tacrolimus can be us: Bxo or balanitis xerotica obliterans is a skin condition affecting the male genitalia, it occurs on fereskin and glans.Cause is not known, it can cause phimosis several therapies including protopic(lacromilus) ointment , local steroids, etritinate, co2 lasers, circumcision have been used.In some cases glansectomy is recommended there have been case reports of suscess with lacromilus onitment.
