See a doctor: The combination of symptoms could be due to stroke as mentioned by the other contributor, but they might be due to multiple sclerosis. It's definitely worth getting checked out and treated appropriately regardless.

Time for exam: With varied symptoms you need to see a primary care physician for evaluation and diagnosis, if needed a specialist will be consulted depending on the diagnosis.
