Should be same size: Testicular atrophy is a possible complication after hernia surgery, either directly from surgical trauma to spermatic cord blood vessels or indirectly by making muscle &/or fascia too tight around the spermatic cord. Suggest you get this checked out by a urologist. Hopefully you went to an experienced hernia surgeon in the first place!
