Tough case.....: I assume you have been on one of the maoi"s and possibly have been to electroconvulsive therapy and maybe had amphetamine salts?

Other options: I'm sorry to hear that you've had such difficulty. Your doctors must be wanting to find solutions also. Additional options may be adding methyl-folate to augment your medicines; also transcranial magnetic stimulation might help; ECT as outpatient benefits some as well. Sometimes classical homeopathy with an experienced homeopath may help too.
