Urinary or vaginal: See your gyn dr. If this was vaginal blood, significant bllod loss can account for dizziness & possibly hot flash. See family dr if you urinated blood, then could be from severe urinary infection, or kidney or bladder bleed. Either way, needs to be evaluated medically. Good luck.

Consider: I agree with dr. Klauber's earlier answer, but would also consider bleeding might be from hemorrhoids. Either way seeing a doctor is a good idea.
