Neuropathy: Is possible. Nerves in lower extremities are most commonly affected. Many causes, but most common is diabetes, so have your doctor check it out. It can be simple as shoes that are too tight. Or it can be early sign of neurologic disease, such as muscular dystrophy. So a careful neurologic exam and blood tests might be necessary here.
