i have chronic hives; trying to determine if i'm also reacting to otc meds. i took 2 acetaminophen and noticed a hive 9-12 hrs later. reaction, no?

See a dermatologist: Probably no. Chronic urticaria-----hives for 6 weeks------is usually not an allergy. Avoid aspirin, alcohol, and penicillin. Meanwhile try certirazinre( zyrtec) 1 or 2 or 3 a day. Be careful if it makes you sleepy.
