Anything is possible: Although Acetaminophen allergy is rare, nearly any drug can cause allergic reaction for some. If you have noticed hives from it on more than one occasion, it is proof enough.

Minimal: Chronic urticaria, or hives on a daily or almost daily basis, is pretty common and causes are hard to find. Aspirin is a more likely culprit. Acetaminophen could be possible, but highly unlikely. It is generally safe to use a daily antihistamine to control your symptoms.
