Heel pain: Several things...Yes find out what it is by going to your podiatrist or pcp. Several pathologies could be heel fracture, plantar fasciitis, allergic or dermatological skin condition, bone marrow edema, contusion or nerve entrapment. Getting an exam or x-ray can help identify 80 percent of the problem.
