Device called brava: There is a no surgical device called brava that enlarges the breast without surgery. The device does work, but needs to be worn several hours a day for several weeks to actually work. On top of that, it can be uncomfortable and the effects are only temporary!

Hormones?;: +/-: The use of hormones for male to female trangenders is well accepted. There use in women is considerably more controversial due to the potential risk of promoting breast cancer. In fact hoone blocking drugs are commonly used to treat women with breast cancer to limit growth. Other homeopathic drugs have been used but their effectiveness and safety is not accepted nor verified.

Still No.: The is still no magic pill that makes breasts grow. Unfortunately, the dietary supplement market is not well regulated. What is on the label may not be what is in the capsule. When the claims are suspect, the purity of the product should also be suspected. Be careful out there.

No: Wouldn't it be great if they did! The breast is made up of two main things; breast tissue and fat. So for a pill to enlarge a breast it would either have to stimulate fat or breast tissue. Neither one can be done safely nor is there such a pill that is specific enough to target only the breast.

Not yet: There are no FDA-approved medications designed for breast augmentation. However, there are some medications, like certain birth control pills, that may cause some mild breast size changes as a side effect. These changes usually resolve when the medications are stopped.
