A member asked:

Can you combine cefixime and ofloxacin to treat an e coli urinary infection?

No benefit: If you have a urinary tract infection , most common bacteria is e. Coli . Best way of treatment is to choose antibiotics by urinary culture - to exactly know what bacteria are you treating and to which antibiotics it best respond or is sensitive to. Both antibiotics you mention could be used but there is no benefit to take both ! rather more harm to disturb natural bacteria living in gut'.
