Needs to rethink dia: If you have had headache diagnosed as cervicogenic and have been treated with blocks, muscle relaxants, Neurontin (gabapentin) and no relief for almost 9 years you nedd to to rethink the diagnosis. It may be your headaches are not cervicogenic and there is different cause for that and need different treatment. I will suggest getting second opinion from a specialist in headache.

See pain doctor: If you haven't already been evaluated by an interventional pain physicians for radiofrequency neurotomies, that should be the next step. If the headaches are truly cervicogenic headaches they may likely be successfully treated with radiofrequency neurotomies.
