Injury???: How long have you had it? If it was not an injury that you remember, could it be one you forgot about? Like after a weekend party? If not seek care. Most injuries on the tip of one finger will self resolve over time. If it is something else, is a bit odd, so see your doctor, but I have seen odd things before.
