Daily AM nausea: Pregnancy & gynecologic issues are ruled out by male gender but otherwise causes of nausea below are not gender-specific: distinguish inflammatory (ulcer, small bowel disease, gallbladder/ biliary problem, pancreatitis, uti), structural (partial obstruction, extrinsic impression against the gut/sma), functional (gastroparesis, irritable bowel), anxiety/school refusal syndrome.
