Gastritis: Hi, You might have the inflammation of the inner layer of stomach, try to stay away from Motrin/Advil/ Ibuprofen, spicy food, alcohol, Caffeinated drinks, acidic food. if not better with these measures see your provider. Good luck.

Constipation/GERD: Try avoiding different group of food for 2 weeks at a time. first milk and dairy product. and then gluten free diet. Also do not eat 3 hours before bed time. Add Probiotics for 1 month. Is yu are having heart burn, try Tums (calcium carbonate) before bed time and before each meal. And make sure you are moving your Bowels every day. BRAT diet is another option
