Adress the causes: I don't think meds are the best approach (though they can help if you have migraines). Most ha's are related to stress/muscle tension. I advise relaxation techniques like meditation, stretching/yoga, exercise & adequate sleep. Magnesium (esp. Taurate or glycinate), b vits, tulsi tea, ashwagandha, massage, acupuncture and classical homeopathy can all help. Sensitivities to common foods may trigger.
