Bladder cancer: Adenocarcinoma is not the typical cancer involving the bladder. (urothelial carcinoma). I would definitely want to know what your prostate cancer status is? Did you have your prostate removed or radiated. What is your psa. Primary adenocarcinoma of the bladder is not approached the same as urothelial cancer. Discuss this with your urologist.
