See your doctor: Uti's are a common cause of preterm labor. You should see your doctor as soon as you can.

Get checked now: Kidney infections in pregnancy are one of the most common associations with preterm labor. Get checked immediately and begin antibiotics if there is an infection. In addition the cramping may be preterm labor.
