A member asked:

Was diagnosed with having thin vaginal tissue (not related to menopause, long story) how long will tissue take to repair itself without estrace (estradiol)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: It depends on what is the cause. If you have eliminated the cause of your thinned vaginal skin and you are producing normal amounts of natural hormones, then you should notice improvement within 2 weeks. Nevertheless, i would follow the recommendation of the doctor that prescribed estrace, (estradiol) as I do not really have enough information to assess your disease process.
