Hashimotos: You have hashimotos thyroid disease. An autoimmune thyroid disease that will eventually cause hypothyroidism. If you are not hypothyroid now, you might be in the future. Follow your thyroid labs closely. If you get pregnant in the future, it's very important to be on thyroid replacement, even if you're not hypothyroid yet.

Hashomoto's : Autoimmune thyroiditis. Thyroid function still ok, but will need to be monitored. No treatment for antibodies as long as thyroid works. Very common and not dangerous.
