My eyes sometimes get blurry and staticky.. i can't see through them i have to close my eyes for awhile. even when i close them i still see static.?

See an eye doctor: I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "staticky" but if the issues persist even with your eyes closed I am concerned enough that you should see an eye doctor a full evaluation of your symptoms.

Possible dry eye: You may be experiencing dry eye, or a migraine or one of many other possibilities that can cause your symptoms. I would see your ophthalmologist for further evaluation.
