If numbness/worse ER: A tissue bleed (hematoma) can be managed w watchful reassessment (could measure the circumference) with analgesics/warm compresses. If the swelling worsens, pin gets worse, or numbness in foot develops need to return to er to rule out a compartment syndrome (compression of tissue, blood vessels, and nerves in a fascial compartment like te calf). This can occur if ongoing bleeding on warfarin.

Hematoma : This is most likely a hematoma which will be resorbed by the body with time as long as the inr is within normal range.
