Maybe: Typically, depending on dose and duration of cycling and stacking steroids, it usually takes at least 3 month for sperm production to return to baseline. With chronic steroid use, it can take much longer. Have a semen analysis checked to know for sure.

Hypogonadism: I can't imagine why a physician gave you 1, 000mg of testosterone per week for 6 weeks. Either you are making sufficient testosterone or not. Please see either an endocrinologist or urologist for appropriate evaluation and therapy.
