A member asked:

How do you treat a combination of cervical bone spurs, stenosis, moderately bulging discs and occluding foramina that are leading to significant pain?

Conservative: Treatment consists of antiinflammatories, physical therapy, traction, accupuncture, rest. If nothing is working pain management will consider epidurals. Last resort is surgical.

Many treatments: Start with physical therapy . At some point an epidural steroid injection might be helpful. If all else fails and your symptoms impact your activities of daily living, surgery can be curative. I would suggest seeing a spine surgeon with expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery if it comes to that.
