Starting over a week ago, feeling reoccurring warm sensation in back of my thigh multiple times a day, but no injury, no pain. what could be the cause?

Weird isn't it?: We can get all kinds of peculiar symptoms at times that really don't have a good explanation. Sometimes nerves misbehave from compression or being stretched. I wouldn't worry about it unless something else develops.
