Hospital: Even being cold, maybe a sign of infection. You need to get that child to a hospital for an immediate evaluation. Do not delay under any circumstance. Neck pain can be interpreted as neck stiffness vomiting may not be related to GI symptoms of diarrhea and instead related to increased intracranial pressure. Child alert is different than tired lethargic.Can't hydrate if vomiting/diarrhea.
