Neuropathy: It could be a sign of neuropathy. There are many other causes of neuropathy other than diabetes. I would recommend you see a neurologist for appropriate work up and evaluation.

These nerves branch out and run all the way down to the tips of your toes. Consult a doctor for light exercise and stretching movements that you can do to improve core strength and flexibility. If you have a "beer-gut" you need to lose it.
