My eye has been twitchin a lot lately. i wonder is that a sign of something serious ? it's really throwing me off .

Eye, or lid?: Most common twitching is the eyelid. Caused by nerve or muscle fibril irritation. Aggregated by caffeine .... Coffee, tea, colas, chocolate. Relieved by warm compresses, aspirin, motrin, aleve, (naproxen) Ibuprofen . Not necessary to treat, though can be annoying.

Stress!: Most likely due to stress. Not dangerous. Will pass with time.
