Please help! i get this tiny bump about (0.5mm)on the waterline of eyelids frequently which then receds on its own within 24hrs,there is no pain . i just want to know its cause ... is it a sign of any serious systemic disease or any eye disorder?

If it recedes than chances are it is not serious. But you need to be seen by an ophthalmologist while you have it for diagnosis and treatment.

It's probably a blockage of a meibomian gland. There may be prophylactic treatment your ophthalmologist can recommend.
