It should or may: Remain. Go follow up with your oncologist and perhaps with an ent. Antihistamines and diuretic may help. God bless you!

Usually: Eusachian tube dysfunction starting during or immediately after radiation therapy for head and neck cancers or brain tumors will usually resolve with a month or two. However, it can sometimes persist longer, especially in some nasopharyngeal cancers when the tumor was very close to the eustachian tube and it received a higher dose. In these cases an ENT may be able to help.
