What is the treatment for eustatian tube dysfunction?

Relieve ear pressure: To treat eustachian tube dysfunctions the pressure in the middle ear must be released. This can be done with an antihistamine, decongestant or steroid. See your healthcare provider to determine the best one or combination for you.

Hold your nose +blow: The best thing to do is to hold the tip of your nose closed and push air into the tip of your nose as if you are trying to push your fingers off the tip of your nose. This forces air pressure to build up and hopefully force open the eustachian tubes forcing air into the middle ear space and equalizing the pressure between the outside and the inside of the ear drum. This is called a "valsalva".
