NO: Teething includes a temperatrue and sore or inflammed gums, i would have the sore spot oon her head checked out.

Baby Teeth: Would recommend baby ora jel placed on the gum. Small soft spot on the head has nothing to do with teeth, it is possible she may have hit her head . Slight elevation of temp is normal.
