Find cause see MD: Lower right abdominal pain can be due to many causes includind appendicitis, pain in tubes and ovaries in women, kidney stones, diverticulitis, ectopic pregnancy, tumors, and urinary or genital infections so see your doctor to find out what is causing the pain you need a detailed history, physical examination, bllod and urine test and imaging like ultrasound/cat scan if indicated to make the diagnosis.
