Back sprain: Unless you have a fever and other symptoms that would lead me to think that you have a urine infection then this is likely a simple back sprain, over half of patients never remember doing anything to hurt themselves if the symptoms persist after a few days and are not getting better please see you doctor.

Depends on cause: Low back pain can come from many sources, some of them musculoskeletal, some internal. A reasonable place to start would be standard xrays, and a urinalysis. Depending on the results from the above, further diagnostics, including a MRI of your lumbar spine may be required to fully evaluate the cause. Treatment could range from physical therapy to surgical intervention depending of the etiology.

Abdominal pain: It is hard to say without an examination. I would favor the possible diagnosis of a kidney stone or ovarian cyst. If this has gone on for some time i would suggest seeing my pcp or gyn.

Back pain: Your back pain can be caused by any number of things. It may be mechanical low back pain from doing something that caused a strain to those muscle. It may also be related to a urinary tract infection or a kidney stone. Please see your primary care physician for further evaluation.
