The left lower side of the abdomen contains large intestine, colon and reproductive organs. Are you suffering from constipation or hard stools? Those could both cause these pains. When was your last period? If longer than normal, you could be pregnant or have an ovarian cyst. If the pains persist, see an in person Dr for a thorough exam.
