No: A mini stroke also called a transient ischemic attack (TIA) is never normal.

Not usually: If you are having tia's, that is transient neurological events due to interruption in blood flow, could be due to migraine, or hardening of arteries, and in older folks, can be seen with antipsychotics, but typically, they also have alzheimer's, and doubt that applies at your age. Talk to your doctor about all of this.
