There : There is a popular acronym for determining warning signs of stroke: fast f is for face: facial droop or crooked smile. A is for arms: inability to move arms or one arm being stronger than the other. S is for speech: can your loved one repeat a simple sentence or is their speech slurred? And t is for time: if you see any of thse signs call 911 as soon as possible. If your wife is confused and not making any sense, this is of high concern and needs to be taken to the emergency room. If you suspect stroke, call 911 for timely treatment. Time is brain.

Needs help: Your wife needs help. Please take her to her doctor. Loss of control of urine often occurs with seizures, not necessarily with stroke although possible. Her loss of alertness is even more concerning. Please get her help.
