No: You may have a condition where the frontal sinuses are expanding ( pneumosinus dilitans), the is abnormal bone growth such as fibrous dysphasia, or acromegaly from a pituitary tumor which secretes growth hormone. In this latter condition there is progressive growth of hands and feet. Seek an ENT to evaluate.
