Vegan?: If you eat fish, chicken or meat regularly, you probably don't need to supplement at all if you are vegan, you do. Ask your doctor to check your B12 levels to know if you are deficient. Otherwise, don't supplement. Wild fish like salmon is the healthiest source of B12 and you can eat similar fish every other day.
