I guess: The cigarette will have no affect on your toothache. The rest of your health is another issue.

Why worry: Why are you concerned about your teeth when you don't care about your heart, lungs, blood pressure, and circulation. It is never ok to smoke! from a health standpoint. The one best thing you can do for yourself is to quit smoking. P.S. It won't affect your toothache.

No and yes: It's never ok to smoke (for many health reasons), but generally smoking won't make a toothache worse.
