Zero. None.: A person who is not infected with HIV does not have the virus, so has no way of passing it (the virus he doesn't have) to anybody else. This is true for any blood-borne virus such as hepb or hepc. If he really doesn't have it, he can't give it to anybody else.

None: You can only contract HIV from someone infected with HIV under those circumstances.
