See your dentist.: The abscess may be the result of an infected tooth requiring root canal treatment or periodontal care or even extraction if too severe. I recommend you see your dentist asap.

Antibiotics: And drainage. But ultimately you need to address the source of the abscess: the tooth. Seek a qualified dentist.

See a dentist: See a dentist to incise the gum area to drain the infection. Also, you will be placed on antibiotics. Sometimes the tooth that is the source of the infection may be extracted.

See a dentist: Unfortunately there is not a predictable home remedy for this. A dentist can evaluate your infection and can help decide the best antibiotic for you. Following the achievement of comfort some additional treatment would be needed to eliminate the potential for the abscess to recur as much as we can.

Professional care: Treating invasive infections is not a DIY procedure. You require immediate professional care. You may need a full course of antibiotics to limit the spread of the infection to other organ systems. But pills alone will not cure. All infected tooth material must b removed, which means Root Canal/Crown or Extraction/Implant/Crown. Please see your Dentist immediately.
