Gum grafting: Gum grafting with your own connective tissue or with alloderm is recommended. However, grafting is only restore your lost gum. Treating the cause of the lost gum is a must prior to grafting. Make sure occlusion is correct and stable in the area of graft. This will reduce the chance of graft failure greatly. Prevention of future gum recession is the key for successful treatment.
