Gum grafting: Gum grafting with your own connective tissue or with alloderm is recommended. However, grafting is only restore your lost gum. Treating the cause of the lost gum is a must prior to grafting. Make sure occlusion is correct and stable in the area of graft. This will reduce the chance of graft failure greatly.
