Not for long: The longer you wait the deeper the decalcification and decay goes. Your fillings will be larger and last a shorter period of time. The sooner you get this fixed the better.

Don't wait unless...: Waiting will only allow the decay to progress further, adding to your expense and to the detriment of your teeth. Rinse with Fluoride if you have no choice, it may slow the decay process down some.

Cavities: Why wait, the only thing that is going to happen is that the cavity will get bigger. The bigger the cavity the more extensive and expensive the filling. If you wait till it hurts it will likely hurt the day before you or the dentist has vacation.

Longer more complex: The longer you wait to fix a tooth, the deeper the cavity can become, the potentially more complex to restore and possibly more expensive. Waiting is absolutely the worse thing you can do. The fact that you have no pain is not an indicator! So don't wait... See your dentist ASAP to get them fixed- the worst first!
