Yes.: Pain is a brain effect based on neural impulses from the tissues and the context of the perception. As such, changes in perception will affect perception of pain.. A clinical hypnotist can teach you pain reduction strategies. Note that these are skills, and as such, need to be practiced every day. Do not expect complete relief, but hepl is certainly possible.
