Several options: If you are a female, the oral contraceptive pill may solve it. Your physician may want to work you up for possible androgen excess. A good starter if there are many blackhead is a retinoic acid derivative topically. There are additional meds available. Good luck.

Skin care: Simple things first as your health is not threatened. Avoid any manipulation of your skin, no squeezing or pinching. Wash your hands frequently and your face twice daily with mild soap, lots of water. Use a small amount of olive oil on your wet skin, then hairdryer. Proactive is a good product to try. If your skin is not much better in 4 weeks, get in to see your local dermatologist. Gook luck.
