Depends : If you are on the 10 year iud you should be able to get pregnant quickly. If you are on the 5 year iud it may take you longer especially if you aren't having cycles. Good luck :).

No effect : Using birth control in the past does not affect your future fertility. Once you stop using birth control you return to your baseline fertility level. Whether it not you can get pregnant now is not related to your past use of contraception. Take a prenatal vitamin daily. Good luck.
