HIV with protection: Yes. It is very unlikely to get HIV infection during a sexual encounter when one is wearing a condom and participating as the insertive partner. Good for you for taking your health seriously. And, good for you for still being with an infected partner. These men and women with HIV do not need to be treated with anything but kindness respect and mates, if the feelings lead you there.
